The Position: HOBO Territory Manager

Location: N. Texas & Oklahoma

As an outside territory sales representative (Territory Manager) in the N. Texas and Oklahoma territory, you will engage with independent specialty retailers through in-person, phone, and virtual appointments. You will work with an established account base, providing a memorable selling experience, while also working with a strategic focus to target new business growth and expansion by developing new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture relationships with Independent specialty retailers, using virtual and in-person tactics to sell HOBO products from all four seasonal lines
• Identify, solicit and engage with retailers to develop new sales opportunities and grow the territory
• Aggressively target new business growth and expansion within the territory
• Build relationships and help accounts manage and drive profitable business
• Maintain CRM data on activity and develop communication cadence with accounts
• Coordinate with HOBO Corporate Sales Team & Merchandising team on ad hoc issues
• Manage logistics, scheduling, budget for your territory
• Deliver an inspiring customer centric experience in sales and service
• Stay current with market trends in fashion and handbags
• Demonstrate account hunter mentality by identifying new business opportunities with vigor
• Exhibit relentless drive to exceed sales targets and grow market share

• Exhibit a driven work ethic and proactive selling skills
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers
• Successfully meet sales plans and new business targets
• Efficiently manage CRM data and maintain regular communication with accounts and corporate
• Coordinate and manage logistics within your territory, ensuring efficient operations
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable selling experience
• Stay informed about market trends in fashion and handbags to provide relevant insights to clients
• Demonstrate strategic thinking with the ability to to craft innovative solutions to close new business
• Show persistence and resilience in overcoming objections and barriers to sales

Candidate Requirements:
• Passion for the fashion industry
• Self-starter with strong communication skills
• Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the fashion industry
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and virtual conferencing. Experience with Salesforce is preferred
• Superb organizational and time management skills – must be able to work independently
• Ability to multitask and function successfully in a fast paced environment
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into long-term business relationships
