Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to help drive sales for the brands we represent. As part of our team, you will be connecting directly with retailers to promote re-orders, specials, and brand launches. Your main goal will be to generate sales by encouraging customers to place orders over the phone, shop on our website, or schedule appointments with local sales reps. You will play a key role in growing revenue for our brands and building relationships with retailers. This role offers an hourly rate along with the potential for a small percentage commission on shipped and invoiced sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively engage with retailers to promote re-orders, new product launches, and special offers with the goal of generating sales.
• Make outbound sales calls, respond to inbound leads, and follow up with retailers to drive sales conversions.
• Encourage retailers to place orders over the phone, on our website, or schedule an appointment with their local sales rep for in-person sales meetings.
• Manage order processes from initial inquiries to final confirmation, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with retailers to boost sales, maintain customer loyalty, and increase repeat business.
• Assist with custom project management, adapting solutions to fit retailer needs and supporting sales initiatives.
• Track sales metrics, maintain CRM and internal databases, and report on sales activity and progress.
• Contribute to a positive sales environment and collaborate with outside sales teams to meet sales goals.
• Perform additional sales-related duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or sales support roles, with a focus on driving revenue.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with SAP, Google Suite, and other sales-related platforms is a plus.
• Background in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is beneficial.
• Experience with VOIP phone systems is preferred but not required.
